A real strength of our NZ manufacturing base is our staff are extremely loyal and long-serving – those that work here like the rural lifestyle but can still relate to the pressures of everyday business life– they just relax afterwards on one of the many nearby NZ Coromandel beaches!   Although we have many tradespeople that have trained elsewhere, we continually provide training opportunities within all our departments to an extent that isn’t usually seen in other companies. Whether this includes formal apprenticeships, polytech papers, first aid courses, hot topic seminars, workplace safety education or peer education, we strive to keep training and personal development an ongoing goal.   All this training is vital but experience cannot be surpassed! There is no shortage of product knowledge here – with Centuries of industry and trade knowledge amongst us.
